Born in Denmark to a Danish father and a Greek immigrant mother, Kassandra now makes her home in Greece.
Kassandra is a psychologist, MSc, Narrative Therapist & Supervisor.
She tutors in the Master of Narrative Therapy and Community Work program at the University of Melbourne for over a decade, where she is also an Honorary Clinical Fellow with the School of Social Work. In addition, she is a member of the International Faculty of the Dulwich Centre in Adelaide, Australia. Since 2016, she has been teaching and supervising mental health practitioners in Greece and abroad as part of their specialization in Narrative Therapy.
Kassandra completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She then specialized in Narrative Therapy through a two-year certification program with the Institute of Narrative Therapy (Greece-Cyprus) and the Dulwich Centre in Australia. Following her certification, she received the Anita Morawetz Scholarship from the University of Melbourne, where she pursued postgraduate studies in Narrative Therapy and Community Work, graduating among the First Class Students (H1 grade).
Upon completing her master’s degree, Kassandra was appointed Honorary Clinical Fellow in the Department of Social Work at the University of Melbourne. Since 2018, she has been a regular tutor in the University’s international Master of Narrative Therapy and Community Work program. Alongside this, she continues to teach and supervise practitioners in Greece as a key faculty member of the Institute of Narrative Therapy, and internationally through the Dulwich Centre, including programs in countries such as Turkey and Ukraine.

In private practice since 2011, based in Thessaloniki, Kassandra engage in co-research with individuals, couples, and families on experiences of trauma, gendered and family violence and abuse, grief, mental health concerns, relationship challenges, addiction, and anorexia/bulimia, which she approaches with an insider perspective/knowldges.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the values and ethics of narrative therapy, intersectional feminism, and social justice frameworks. She works alongside people and communities in ways that invite anti-oppressive pathways, movements, and possibilities.
Kassandra regularly participates in international community projects with the Dulwich Centre Foundation, such as in Palestine and Rwanda, supporting communities affected by war, collective trauma, violence, poverty, and the ongoing effects of colonization.
Earlier in her career, she worked in both public and private mental health settings, providing support to individuals, families, parents, and children with disabilities or behavioral challenges, as well as to professionals and volunteers in social organizations. She has collaborated with institutions including the Municipality of Kalamaria, K.A.A.P.A.TH. Ag. Dimitrios, and Media Markt Thessaloniki providing councelling to the workers and CEO’s.
Her work and reflections on practice have been published in the International Journal of Narrative Therapy and Community Work (Dulwich Centre Publications).
Kassandra is a founding member and Vice President of The Hellenic Association of Narrative Therapy and Community Practice. She is also a member of the Association of Greek Psychologists (Σ.Ε.Ψ.) and holds a professional license to practice psychology (6911/12).
Kassandra thoroughly enjoy exploring and stretching narrative therapy through non-extractive and decolonial approaches to engaging with lived experience, across therapeutic conversations, supervision, and teaching. Beyond her work in narrative therapy and supervision, she is a former professional cellist and she enjoys travelling, swimming, and discovering new food experiences.
